Meet The Team

Below are little introductions from each member of the L&L "Dream Team" as I like to call it! These are my go-to reps to help plan collections and keep L&L moving forward in the best ways possible! I'm so very thankful for each of them and wouldn't be here without them, so I hope you will take the time to get to know a little about them and maybe check out their social medias also tagged below! 🦚

Allie, Brandi, & Cinder

The ABC Crew, Allie, Brandi, and Cinder. Allie is our 9yr old American Chocolate Labrador, Brandi is our 3yr old Golden Retriever/ Labrador mix, and Cinder is our 2yr old English Black Labrador. I started our account just six months before joining L&L in October of 2024. I'm a fall girl and just happened to stumble across L&L, immediately "falling" in love, applied, accepted, and refuse to leave. Lydia pours her heart and soul into her work while still having to live a normal busy life like the rest of us, a small businesses owner we love and are honored to support. Plus, have you seen her tags? We have multiple amazing tags from L&L with lots of favorites, including our Rep inspired tag from Spring of 2025, Aurora Ridge, featured in our photo. Daisy

My name is Heather, and this is Daisy. We have been modeling for Lydia for about a year and a half now. I love supporting small, women owned businesses, and Lydia being a military spouse makes that support even more meaningful to me. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so sweet and kind, we truly enjoy being part of her team. It’s hard to pick a favorite but one of them is this one of a golden retriever in a fall meadow!

Bowser

Hello! I am Macie, dog mom to Bowser! Bowser is a 3 year old English Mastiff and truly lives up to the nickname of gentle giant! We live in North Dakota where we farm and ranch. Bowser is a BIG fan of cows and always just wants to play with them and give them kisses! We have been part of the Little and Lovely team for over a year and a half and love it so much! We found L&L after winning a giveaway and fell in love with all the tags! Lydia is so amazing and fun to work with, and is always coming up with creative tags that compliment our pups so well!! It’s so hard to choose a favorite tag but I would say my favorite is the custom farm tag Lydia made for Bowser!

Lisanna & Mimikyu

Hello! I’m Jessi, mom to Lisanna and Mimikyu! I first fell in love with the idea of dog tags while fostering service dogs. They had to have special tags to show they belonged to the organization but I wanted something with their name to remember them after they left. I started with cheap metal engraved tags but realized I wanted more when I actually adopted my first dog Lisanna after she failed from her service dog program. I wanted to be able to express her personality through them so I started getting custom resin tags. Then I found this tag from L&L of a stack of books (my other passion) and knew it would be the perfect tribute to title the books with my foster dogs names as well. That was at the beginning of 2025 and I haven’t gone back since.I got Mimikyu in August of 2025 and being able to have matching tags with Lisanna and finding out little traits about her personality and thinking about what fits with her has been so much fun. I love finding something matching for my two girls and making them the most stylish pups around.Lydia not only makes great products with these tags but was the first small business I saw that was actively wanting ideas from her models and reps and sharing their stories and positivity back to the dog community. The fact that she had an individual relationship with each person she makes these tags for and gets to know a little about the dogs made me want to support her even more. I’m always excited to see what idea she comes up with next and be an active part of that journey!

Blaze

Blaze is a 1.5-year-old chocolate Labrador retriever. We have been supporting Little & Lovely since fall of 2024 when we purchased a super cute pumpkin tag from one of her story sales. We were very excited to join the rep team at the start of last summer and have loved getting to know and work with Lydia! It’s very hard to pick a favorite tag, but I think it would be our light blue marbled tag that we got from her live sale back in August. It reminds me of beach waves, and the beach is one of Blaze’s and my favorite places! A few more honorable mentions would be our campfire tag from the summer camping collection, the bat tag from fall/Halloween, and the poinsettia tag from the winter/Christmas collection!

Ember & Willow

Ember and Willow are 2 year old mini Goldendoodle sisters. We first started following when Lydia made the Easter peep tags! Lydia had posted video to her story talking about the next rep search and she seemed so sweet, personable, and easy to get along with that we felt encouraged to apply, even though we were new to the whole rep thing! We loved all of the designs we saw, so we decided to apply! We stay with L&L because we love the designs, of course, but we also love the group that Lydia has created. Everyone is so supportive and there for each other. Our all time favorite tag is the custom grumpy bear for Ember and we also love the snowflake from winter 2024!

Nilla

Nilla is a yellow lab girly that loves to dress up and an outfit is not complete until an L & L tag goes on! We have been on this team pretty much from the beginning, loving the creativity behind each collection. We love supporting Lydia and Emmy- the tags are beautiful and well made, something for every occasion and style , plus amazing service!

Dixie

I love representing Little and Lovely handmade dog tags! 🦚 Not only are the tags beautifully made, but the heart behind the brand and the art really shines through. I can always count on a cute tag of any of our adventures, occasions, holidays, or even just everyday life! I also love working with the team and with Lydia — they’re amazing people who make this so fun and special. I love being able to share something I genuinely love with other dog parents and being apart of such a great team!

Henley

Henley is a 5 year old black Labrador/Golden Retriever Cross. We found L&L a year ago during the Valentine’s launch. I love supporting small businesses when I’m able to! I fell in love with the tag designs from L&L and have been supporting ever since. My favorite tag so far is the Apple tag from the 2025 fall line. Honorable mentions are Velaris, dragon, butterfly, Christmas Tree Truck (very sentimental), and now this year's Valentine rose.
